Theme Week II
So next week will be a sugar-free, gluten-free week featuring mostly dessert/sweets/snacks recipes without artificial sweeteners, only fruit or honey for sweetness, as suggested by tammyplunkett. What do you think?

Anonymous asked: hi. i made your triple chocolate brownie, and they were good but turned out really really rich and chocolatey - more chocolatey than i wanted. maybe it was because I used more dark chocolate and less semi-sweet chocolate? i guess next time i'll use less chocolate in general. anyway, because the recipe has tofu i was wondering whether i need to keep it in the fridge or is it fine to leave out?...
