Smoked Salmon and Avocado Rolls
Ingredients:
1 green onion
1/2 medium avacado (125g),sliced thinly
1tsp lemon juice
12x17cm rice paper sheets
100g thinly sliced smoked salmon
2/3 cup (30g) alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup firmly packed coriander leaves

vegetarian “crab” rangoons
These are pretty tasty and low cal, too!
Ingredients:
2 T. cream cheese, reduced fat, chive and onion, room temp (60 cal)
1/4 t. minced garlic (1 cal)
1/8 t. soy sauce (1 cal)
6 square wonton skins (140 cal)
Directions:
1.) preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2.) in a small bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, and soy sauce together.
3.) place 1 tsp. of mixture in the center of a wonton skin.

1-2 c. hot or boiling water (0 cal)
1 tsp vegetable bouillon (10 cal)
1/2 c. fresh baby spinach (5 cal)
2 tbsp. diced tomato, canned (6 cal)
2 tbsp. carrot, diced (7 cal)
